I tried another article but they didn't mention that in Windows XP home you had to start the computer in the safe mode to get to the security tab. as in NO check mark. Evilkenivel6 make sure simple file sharing is disabled (open my computer>tools>folder options>view, all the way at the bottom UNCHECK simple file sharing.
