After I changed it back to the current date, the problem was solved. After a reboot I can see every machine on the network and I can connect to UNC shares... Tried sync'ing the clocks, disabling IPv6, removing the 4to6 network adaptors (I had none), messing with secpol.msc (not available on W7 Home), the firewall is off, sharing is allowed and so Is there another idea for this issue?
