Was this answer helpful? I thought I would leave my first comment. I've tried reinstalling the virtual tools (Vernon Stone's suggestion) several times but no luck for me. As suggested, I have uninstalled Parallel Tools via Control Panel, which forced a re-boot of Windows 7.
