Windows 2003 Cannot Delete Cannot Find Specified File


I couldn't seem to rename it with this trick (got syntax error - sorry, I didn't record exact error message). I had suspected that there was an invisible character in its name at the end and had tried using all the invisible characters to delete it. Now I can't get whatever it is out of the recycle bin because it's invisible, and I can't empty the recycle bin when I put other stuff in there.
