I have nealy same copmonents MSI 856PE Max2 Intel Celeron 2.6 2x1Gb kingston 2x Seagate 500Gb Asus DVD +-RW And i'm still unpossible to run it i try to boot by Booting to the Vista DVD worked perfectly fine to get the setup process started.
