What error do you get if you try to add the printer manually from point and print? I've been working with Unidesk support for a couple weeks but so far nothing in terms of a permanent fix. Either type can be shared with other users on the network, by enabling print sharing on the server, or on the computer to which the USB printer is connected. Running Win7x64.
