If you've entered the wrong username and password for a remote, domain joined computer too many times, you will be locked out. I am able to access the internet fine. Have you checked to ensure that server has the correct network adapter binding order? I used to have a multi-homed domain controller and the binding order got jacked up occasionally on OK.
