I trayed to use the USB Hub with an shoter Cable but makes no differnces. It says that 'Wizard could not find a better match for your hardware than the hardware you currently have installed' when I update it. Ask a question Members get more answers than anonymous users. Now, it won't run, and Disk Utility says that the Partition Type is Microsoft Reserved. I didn't realise when I bought it that it wouldn't work straight away and it needed formatting and partitioning. The next test would be to plug it into another different PC / Mac and see if IT can see the drive contents.
