If I don't find a solution to this, I will probably switch to using UTF-16 for ID3V2 in the next release. Please read what Francis himself had to say about The final word on unicode. For the multi-language thing to work, you need to convert the tags to ID3v2 unicode - switch Windows settings to Korean, convert your Korean music's tags to unicode with something like To install the plugin, first unzip it.

i hav done it Do you know of any other program that writes UTF-8 ID3V2 tags that work in Winamp? Traditional Chinese should be greyed now and "default" should appear after it. thing is in windows I am able to see chinese chars but in winamp I cant?
