Type exit to reboot the computer. I did something to make a file corrupt by restarting when pressing a key. If you don't even see the menu with the choices, then the system is not reading that boot.ini. but everytime before i can finish doing anything, the bluescreen and error came again....

If after trying all of the above steps you are still encountering the same issue it's likely that Windows is severely corrupted and it is recommended you reinstall Windows.
