The issue is not disabling offline file sync in general but rather rather removing file sync for an individual network file folder once it has been selected for offline sync. These registry fixes only result in blue screens. The fix was to boot in Safe mode, and reset the permissions on the CSC and all sub-folders and files to match that of other folders in the Windows directory. I have to go in and reset their cache when they do that. How to reply?
