I am having the exact same issue as you and haven't found any fix. Go into set up and select Floppy A 3 1/2 inch in the number 1 position of the boot sequence .Insert Win 98 floppy into the floppy drive and restart computer PS my advice to all is do NOT accept Win10 free upgrade, unless you have everything backed up externally and all storage devices removed.
