To open it, press Windows Key + R, type “devmgmt.msc” into the Run dialog, and press Enter. thanks hope you can tell me the answer. I perviously used Computer managment to format the new internal HD but that did nothing. When I check the device manager, it still indicates that it recognizes both of my hard drives. Read More and will need to be replaced.
