Windows 8 Cannot Shut Down Properly


Been using PC's since DOS and currently have a dozen PC's in use and the only ones I've used with good results are those directly connected to the equipment or programs Now works like should. Before yesterday morning, I'm sure that I didn't make relevantsoftware changes on the PC...
