We know the problem is not with the server, because any computer not running Yosemite can join the domain without any issue. Then GPO are not pushed out because of the user account cannot be validated. Is that machine a cluster server as a heartbeat connector is also used? I have done the below steps to resolve the issue, but nothing worked out.
